Abstract

The issue of migration is currently an essential subject of research. The goal of the presented text is to analyze the genesis, scale and consequences of Islamic migration to German speaking countries (Austria, Germany and Switzerland). These nations should be incorporated into a broader analysis on account of their historical foundation and contemporary progress in the large influx and diversity of the Muslim nation. This issue is extremely essential for internal security policies of the above mentioned countries, as well as for the EU itself. Muslims comprise a significant percentage of migrants to Europe. Taking into account civilization and cultural diversity, this is important both in the political as well as social contexts.<br>Problematyka migracji stanowi współcześnie istotny przedmiot badań. Celem niniejszego tekstu jest zbadanie genezy, skali i konsekwencji migracji islamskich dla państw niemieckojęzycznych: Austrii, Niemiec i Szwajcarii. Państwa te warto objąć szerszą analizą ze względu na historycznie ugruntowane i, współcześnie postępujące, duże napływy oraz zróżnicowanie narodowościowe muzułmanów. Problematyka ta jest niezwykle istotna dla polityki bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego ww. państw, jak i samej UE. Muzułmanie stanowią istotny odsetek osób migrujących do Europy. Biorąc pod uwagę odmienność cywilizacyjną i kulturową jest to istotne w kontekście politycznym i społecznym.
