Fundusze Unii Europejskiej dla przedsiębiorców w ramach europejskiej polityki spójności

Abstract

Artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia zewnętrznych źródeł fi nansowania pochodzących z funduszy Unii Europejskiej, przeznaczonych na wsparcie polskich przedsiębiorców. Analizie poddano istotę funduszy, genezę oraz specyfi kę, która ilustruje cechy charakterystyczne dla tej formy dofi nansowania przedsiębiorców. Przedstawiono typologię funduszy UE i funkcjonujących w ich zakresie programów operacyjnych. Cel artykułu sprowadza się do analitycznego zobrazowania możliwości uzyskania dofi nansowania polskiego przedsiębiorcy w ramach IV Perspektywy Finansowej 2007–2013 r.<br>The article is an attempt to present external sources of funding from European Union funds intended to support Polish entrepreneurs. It analyses funds, their origins and specifi c character which illustrates the essential characteristics of this form of fi nancing for entrepreneurs and presents a typology of EU funds and their functioning in the Operational Programmes.
